A. Turtles are not puppies. It is not fair to them to expect them to want or to appreciate human contact. The poor things are scared to death of these giant things that stare at them and pick them up like they are going ot eat them, etc. They are smart enough to recognize food sources- so getting them to come to you for food is rather simple.
